The BigHub Market User Agreement. Last updated October 2026.
This User Agreement ("Terms") is between you and BIGHUB MARKET GLOBAL Ltd, 44 Presidential Road, Ogui, Enugu, Nigeria ("BigHub", "we" or "us"). It governs your use of bighubmarket.com and the BigHub Market apps and services. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@bighubmarket.com.
BigHub Market is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We don't sell, own, inspect or deliver anything, and we're not a party to deals, payments or deliveries between people who use the site. Sellers are responsible for their listings, products, prices and promises; buyers are responsible for the choices they make.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You give accurate information when you register, keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. One person may not run multiple accounts to evade limits, suspensions or bad reviews.
Businesses must complete identity verification and have it approved before listing products. You confirm that the documents you submit are genuine, that they belong to you, and that you are authorised to represent the business. Verification records are handled under our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that the business details, photos and documents you upload are accurate and that you are authorised to represent the business. BigHub may review, suspend or remove listings that are misleading, duplicated or unlawful. Business profile edits are limited to the business owner.
Listings must be truthful, in stock where stated, and described accurately, including condition, quantity and price. Sellers must honour confirmed orders, communicate clearly with buyers, and resolve problems in good faith. We never take a commission on your sales.
Buyers deal directly with sellers. BigHub does not process, hold or settle payments for purchases between buyers and sellers; payment arrangements are strictly between you and the other party. Never send money off-platform on the strength of a BigHub listing alone — read the guidance in our Scam Protection Centre under Help & support. Orders you record on BigHub are records of intent, not payments we hold.
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, posts and product information you upload, and grant BigHub a licence to display and promote that content on the platform. Content must not infringe third-party rights or include unsafe or illegal offers. Copyright complaints, counter-notices and our repeat-infringer policy are described in the Copyright Policy (/copyright-policy).
Reviews are written by customers. You may reply publicly, but you may not incentivise, alter or delete genuine reviews. Report reviews that break our guidelines and our team will investigate.
You may not list or promote anything illegal in Nigeria or in any country where the item would be sold, including counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, wildlife, stolen goods and unsafe products. You may not impersonate others, harass people, scrape the site, manipulate badges, reviews or promotion results, or use the platform for fraud of any kind.
Ad packages, promotion plans and verification subscriptions run for the period shown at checkout. Delivery figures such as impressions and clicks are measured by BigHub. Fees already delivered are non-refundable.
Blue, orange and yellow badges are earned through successful, unexpired paid subscriptions or through official referral milestones, and are granted by BigHub. Badges confirm subscription status only; they do not certify product quality or guarantee any transaction. The official @bighubmarket company account carries a permanent yellow badge.
We may suspend or remove a business, listing or account that breaches these Terms or that puts customers at risk. You can close your listing at any time from Account & Privacy, and you may delete your account entirely; some records are kept as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive it.
BigHub is not a party to transactions, so disputes about a purchase are between the buyer and the seller. We can, where a policy is broken, restrict accounts, remove listings or share relevant account information with law enforcement on lawful request.
The BigHub Market name, logo and platform software belong to BIGHUB MARKET GLOBAL Ltd. Content you post remains yours, subject to the licence in section 8. Report copyright issues through our Copyright Policy page (/copyright-policy) and the /report-copyright form.
We work to keep BigHub Market available, but we may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and we may add or remove features, at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, BigHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and is not liable for the acts, goods, services or statements of other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will first be raised with support@bighubmarket.com so we can try to resolve them. If they cannot be resolved, they will be settled by arbitration held in Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction where arbitration does not apply.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced before they take effect, and continuing to use BigHub Market after a change takes effect means you accept it. The latest version is always on this page.
