The agreement between BigHub Market and everyone who uses it. Last updated October 2026.
This User Agreement is between you and BIGHUB MARKET GLOBAL Ltd, 44 Presidential Road, Ogui, Enugu, Nigeria ("BigHub", "we" or "us"). By creating an account or using BigHub Market, you agree to it. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform. Questions can be sent to support@bighubmarket.com.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to create an account. You give accurate information when you register and keep your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account, because you are responsible for activity carried out from it.
BigHub Market is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We don't sell, own, inspect or deliver anything, and we're not a party to deals, payments or deliveries between people who use the site. Businesses must represent real organisations they are authorised to act for.
Buyers deal directly with sellers. BigHub does not process, hold or settle payments for purchases between buyers and sellers; payment arrangements are strictly between you and the other party. Never send money off-platform on the strength of a BigHub listing alone — read the guidance in our Scam Protection Centre under Help & support. Always verify a business before paying or visiting in person.
Businesses must complete identity verification and have it approved before listing products. Listings must be truthful, accurately described, and in stock where stated. Sellers honour confirmed orders, communicate clearly with buyers, and resolve problems in good faith. BigHub never takes a commission on sales.
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, posts and product information you upload, and grant BigHub a licence to display and promote that content on the platform. Public profile content you publish is visible to other users. Copyright complaints, counter-notices and our repeat-infringer policy are described in the Copyright Policy (/copyright-policy).
You will not use BigHub Market to harass others, post unlawful or misleading content, list prohibited or counterfeit goods, impersonate another person or business, manipulate badges, reviews or promotion results, scrape the platform, or attempt to disrupt the service. You may not run multiple accounts to evade limits, suspensions or bad reviews.
Reviews are written by customers. Businesses may reply publicly but may not incentivise, alter or delete genuine reviews. Report reviews that break our guidelines and our team will investigate.
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy (/privacy). Manage your visibility from Account & Privacy. Customer contact details shared with a business may only be used to fulfil that customer's enquiry; selling or re-sharing that data is a breach of this agreement.
Blue, orange and yellow badges come only from successful, unexpired paid subscriptions or official referral milestones, and are granted by BigHub. Badges confirm subscription status only; they do not certify product quality or guarantee any transaction. The official @bighubmarket company account carries a permanent yellow badge. Ad packages, promotion plans and verification subscriptions run for the period shown at checkout, and fees already delivered are non-refundable.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or remove a business, listing or account that breaches this agreement or puts the community at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive it.
BigHub is a discovery and marketing platform. We are not a party to transactions between businesses and customers, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any deal. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, BigHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and is not liable for the acts, goods, services or statements of other users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will first be raised with support@bighubmarket.com so we can try to resolve them. If they cannot be resolved, they will be settled by arbitration held in Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction where arbitration does not apply.
We may update this agreement as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced before they take effect, and continuing to use BigHub Market after a change takes effect means you accept it.
